Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. The courier will request a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival.

What happens if my bottle arrives broken?

We take great care in packaging, but if a breakage occurs, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item to receive a full refund or replacement.

Which states do you ship to?

Due to state-specific regulations, we currently ship to most states except for Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Can I return a bottle if I don't like the taste?

We cannot accept returns on opened bottles due to health and safety regulations. However, if the product is corked or spoiled, please reach out to us for a quality assessment and credit.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
